因为Lai打算要买屋子，所以我们和lai去了Villa Wangsamas 的show unit询问。
哇，不得了！3rd phase 现在买着RM290K 起。
那太贵了吧！
我也冒着生命危险，偷拍了几张show unit的照片
厨房（3rd phase的有附加kitchen cabinet,所以价钱也比较贵）
二房
(应该是Vincent妈妈的房间，villa wangsamas 有三间房+一间小小储物室，所有房间面积都不大）
厕所
（这厕所在二房旁边，是二房和三房的公用厕所。我个人很喜欢这种wet和dry分开的厕所，那么我便可以放些杂志有需时用）
主人房
（面积不大,我们都觉得就算built-in wardrobe也不能放两个人的衣物，连每个女人梦想的梳妆台都放不下）

（这厕所面积大，我们总笑说，我们可以在这里反‘均斗’。villa wangsa mas总共有三间厕所，还有一间在厨房附近）

im planning to buy villa wangsamas phase2, that day when i view 1 of the unit in phase1 i found out it also having the leaking problem :( therefore i look in the internet and found your blog.
im kinda confuse now and worry.. because i actually like this condo. could you please advise me on this? should i buy the phase2 unit? currently i cannot view the unit as it will only hand over the key in december. it is selling at 350k. hope i could hear soemthing from u... thanksssss.
